I’ve had a vehicle from here for maybe two years now and so far have had to replace the alternator, the battery, cam shaft sensor, battery terminals, brakes, rotors, calipers, tie rod, wheel hub assembly AND THE $7000 TRANSMISSION that went out with no warning on I-5 an hour away that ended up costing $500 to tow on top of that. The repairs have cost more than the car itself at this point and it just keeps having problem after problem. They have a shop and said they did an inspection and everything was fine but I was having problems within the first 6 months. They’re very friendly obviously but I would highly recommend purchasing elsewhere if you don’t want to spend $1000’s on repairs.And before I get a response about contacting them to fix it or whatever, I did for the first couple of problems and I was still charged when I brought it in. They were also informed about the transmission but didn’t offer any kind of solution. Obviously with used cars there are problems to be expected but this is insane and unreasonable. I’m a single parent with two kids and am still paying on this POS vehicle while having to pay off all the mechanic fees as well. I’m actually exhausted from dealing with this.

I had an amazing experience with Northtown Auto Sales! I was greeted immediately by a salesman named Jason who was energetic and kind! He was genuinely curious about our needs and showed us several options they had available. We didn't feel any pressure to buy and that ultimately was a game changer for us and the customer service was nothing short of amazing. The entire experience, the rest of the staff and atmosphere made the entire process so stress free and exciting! Thank you Jason and Northtown Staff for taking great care of us!

Would rate zero stars, do not go here!!!If you do not look hard into the car you are buying they will overprice your car and sell you a lemon vehicle and never help you fix it. They will send you off to the car brand dealership. All they want is your money. The owner is a con artist who needs a grip on life, grow up and get a real job stay off the bad reviews kid

North Town Auto was great to work with. They were very accommodating to our needs, flexible with our requests, were kind and considerate, and customer service oriented. They even offered to drive the vehicle we purchased an hour and half away to my daughter for our convenience. Karl was our salesman and Johnny was the manager we worked with...Good people and made the process extremely painless for us. Thank you Karl/Johnny for working with us on the sale!!!

My truck cost me 13 thousand dollars to put back together. They sold me a truck with holes in the roof broken bed the wheel fell off the speedometer is off no tittle they won't call me back good luck

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Typical car lot that will nickel and dime you all the way. Better hope there's no complications with any trade ins or they'll back out and threaten you with storage fees -after- they give every excuse under the sun as to why they can't give it back or figure it out themselves. Shady and greedy.

I walked in to Northtown Auto Sales today thought it was going to take another long time to process my trade-in to something a lot more bigger and upgraded, but Karl helped me get what I really wanted in less than an hour! Very good service and a lot of customer service professionalism at another level!

This is my second car from NTA. Karl helped us this round and was a nice person to deal with. Not pushy very laid back and it is always a pleasant experience that’s why I keep going back. Needed a new used vehicle and knew exactly where to go. We were not on the lot but for a few seconds before Karl greeted us and got us in the vehicle we were looking at right away. I need to start a punch card 😉 will be back in the future when the teens start driving. Thanks again.
